A rescue group that's using giggling foxes to promote saving them is helping us finally answer the question to the song that asks, "what did the fox say?"
Dixie the fox makes weird, human-like giggling sounds that inspired one person to describe them as "basically giant squeaky toys."
Dixie and her pals tend to giggle mostly when the founder of Save-A-Fox, Mikayla Raines, tickles them.
"She just has this bond with them and they love her so much," said Jesse Swanson, shop manager for Save-A-Fox.
The nonprofit raises funds for its rescue efforts by selling stuffed toys of these adorable animals. The initiative has been so successful that more than a thousand have been sold and inventory is often out of stock.
