Taking a warm shower or bath can be extremely relaxing, especially after a long day. But for these rescue dogs, this bath was their first one, and it was the beginning of the rest of their new lives.
All of these dogs were rescued from different situations, but they all have one thing in common: they’ve never felt love before and they’ve never had a normal life. They were abandoned, neglected, and left outside to fend for themselves.
A litter of puppies were found under a house with their stray mama, while another dog was found so matted that she had to be shaved to the skin. One of the dogs was found abandoned outside, tied to a pole, while another was rescued from a deep well.
They have been through so much, but they are all equally brave and resilient. Despite what they’ve been through, they are all so friendly and affectionate. They are enjoying their first baths and are so relieved to finally be clean. They show their gratefulness by giving lots of tail wags and kisses!
